This is your basic on line football library I am sure you will find information on whatever you are looking for regarding the great sport of Football.
When the referee shows the RED & YELLOW card it means the player who has committed the foul in the incident which attracted the referees attention is in some sort of deep trouble.
If a player receives a RED card then this unfortunately means he is not going to be able to play the rest of the game. It means he is going to be sent off for the rest of the match. A RED card can also be shown if the player receives 2 yellow cards for two bookable offences in the match.
A YELLOW card is also very crucial but not as crucial as getting the RED card. Gaining a YELLOW card will affect the players disciplinary points and this will also make the player be more aware of not getting booked again for the rest of the match.

Offside
This is the rule that no one can clearly explain so bare with me when I have a go. Offside is when the ball is played to a team mate by a team mate but the player it was being played to was behind the defence before the ball was played to him. This is the simple rule of offside.
